Sharing success and being happy about it together - that is generally an important driving force for us. And this is precisely what prompted us to want to expand our business model.

We therefore offer companies from the real estate sector or from other industries that serve exclusive clients to become our partner, network with us and make use of our luxury properties. In this way, you can expand your existing portfolio and tap into new, attractive clientele or provide your existing customers with additional added value.

The DIANIUM RESIDENCE license partnership

You decide whether you want to work with us for three, five or ten years. In return, you pay a one-off licence fee, which is recouped after the first few real estate brokerages.

Maintenance and servicing of the interfaces are covered by a marginal monthly marketing fee. This includes maintenance, service of the interfaces and feeds as well as participation in marketing and administrative tasks.

We take care of the marketing in national and international real estate portals as well as digitally via our media and in print.

Pflege und Wartung der Schnittstellen werden durch eine marginale monatliche Marketinggebühr abgedeckt. Diese beinhaltet die Wartung, den Service der Schnittstellen und Feeds sowie die Beteiligung an Marketing und administrativen Aufgaben.

Wir übernehmen die Vermarktung sowohl in nationalen und internationalen Immobilien Portalen als auch im Digitalen über unsere Medien sowie im Printbereich.

As a licence partner, you refer an interested party, a potential customer, who will be jointly supported by you and us from this point on.

The interested party makes appointments to view various properties in one of our top second home residence destinations. He will be accompanied and supported by us and our cooperation partners in the location.

A long-established network of notaries, lawyers and tax advisors is available to support interested parties as needed.

Second Home website

DIANIUM RESIDENCE also provides you with your own additional website as part of the licencing programme, which you can use to offer your clients properties from DIANIUM RESIDENCE‘s portfolio in addition to your current offer.

The available second home properties are updated and maintained on the website completely automatically - so you have no further administrative effort.

You will receive the website in your brand style and under your desired domain, so that you only have to link your Second Home website from your primary website.

The website is provided to you in collaboration with our website developer.
